1. Is there a fixed salary?
No, it is all commissions-based

2. How much money can I expect to earn each month?
This will vary depending on the time and effort you will put into selling our services but you should be able to earn between €900-$1200 to €3000-$4000 a month.

3. How do I get my commissions?
We pay commissions on all invoices, taking into account that they been fully paid by the client. Your commissions will be paid to your bank account on a monthly basis.

4. Is there any tax on my commissions?
We do not deduct any tax on our side but you are fully responsible for declaring your income and paying tax in your country.

5. Are there any monthly sales targets?
Yes, you will have to reach a certain number of sales each month (depending on your city/terrirory). If the target isn’t met for a period longer than 3 months, we will have the right to review/cancel your contract.

6. Do I need to have previous sales experience?
Sales experience is valued but not necessary as you will attend a full 2 days training in Barcelona where we teach you from the basics of communication skills to advanced selling techniques.

7. Can I get online training instead of coming to Barcelona?
No, every agent is required to come to Barcelona for the full training.

8. Do I need to pay for the training?
Every sales agent will have to pay for his/her own flight + some costs for the training. We will double your commissions during the first 3 months so you can very quickly make high earnings and break even with your initial investment.

9. Why I am asked to pay for the training?
This is a business opportunity, not your normal sales job. After the first 3 months you will have the chance to get full exclusivity on your city/territory. This means that you will get full control of the market in your city and we will redirect all leads to you. This is risky for us so we need to see some kind of commitment from your side and make sure you are 100% focused from the start.
